From the American Film studio sets of Roland Emmerich's Day After Tomorrow to the stages of Disney's Lion King, onto the streets of Tatort, whilst guiding Hansel und Gretal to safety as an On Set kinder Coach, to "rock n rolling" with Interscope Records, Counting Crows and Universal Music's German pop star Axel Bosse, straight onto celebrity make-up artist, Boris Entrup's Top Model runway, the one thing which is a constant within all these varied creative platforms, is the direct and acute immersion of myself, into and amongst, the Behavioral Performance patterns, of a magnitude of personalities, their individual emotional needs, and the precise organizational group requirements demanded of me, to guide an integrated business machine towards the success of the performance requirements of the project, its participants, and the realisation of the agreed expectations.
AN OUNCE OF BEHAVIOR IS WORTH A POUND OF WORDS

Our actions, what we do, are often considerably more influential than what we say. Consider how much time each day you spend within a pre-conceived mental mind construct of the varied real-time situations presently taking place before you, rather than making contact with what is present, for you.
Engagement happens within a moment. Therefore, to be a positive force and influence, it is imperative that you actively engage in the nine variations of listening.
By listening you give value. Value fosters trust. Trust is the foundation for building secure relationships.

THE FOUNDATIONS OF MY WORK
LISTENING CREATES ENGAGED VALUE

JC WALKER
The training I offer has been greatly influenced by two iconic professionals, (1) the globally renowned Acting teacher, Sanford Meisner who stringently resisted Strasberg's “preoccupation with affective memory” exercises. Meisner maintained an emphasis on "the reality of doing", which was the foundation of his approach, and (2) Carl Rogers, who in turn focused on "the person-centered approach" to therapy, his own unique vision to understanding personality and human relationships. He is considered the most influential psychotherapist in history. (Sigmund Freud was ranked third. He simply had a better PR firm behind him :)
"Listen with your eyes to what is being said, with what is being said and what is not being said or can't."
SANFORD MEISNER

In Sandy's approach, participants ground themselves in all communicative engagements by focusing on their external stimuli, making contact with them, forming an opinion about how this stimulus affects them, and importantly, being instinctively responsive to what this perspective does to the environment they offer it back to.
Thus, he created a set of exercises that requires an acute relaxed concentration that fosters authenticity between the individual and the external, within a moment-to-moment awareness, during any communicative interaction.
Sandy's work is Behavioral Capoeira.
He motivated by stating; "That which hinders your task is your task."

CARL ROGERS
Carl Rogers
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carl_Rogers
Rogers (1959) believed that for a person to “grow”, they need an environment that provides them with genuineness (openness and self-disclosure), acceptance (being seen with unconditional positive regard), and empathy (being listened to and understood).
Carl's work is based on 19 propositions which he used as the basis for his Rogerian reflective listening therapy.
The reflective listening practice requires focus, intent, and very active participation. Rogers believed that by listening intently to the client, the individual could determine best what the client needed.
Rogers served on the board of the Human Ecology Fund, a CIA-funded organization.
"We were asked about
Khrushchev and tasked to figure out what we thought of his personality and what would be the best way of dealing with him."
THE TRAINING
Emphasizes the importance of being present, of cultivating an awareness of yourself and your counterpart, and of learning to recognize and interpret Behavioral Data Packets. It focuses on helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, as well as your client, so that you can create a safe, trusting and genuine space for meaningful engagement within the workplace. Ultimately, my training equips you with the skills necessary to create an environment that allows for influential dialogue and the potential to create ongoing authentic relationships.
I call these concept skills, Behavioral Performance Analytics.

BEHAVIORAL PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS (BPA)

Is a method I developed, which is used to measure, analyze, and evaluate individuals' behavior to accumulate insight on how to best utilise and implement this behavior in comprehending how to effectively support and improve their roles within the company's needs.
BPA can identify areas for growth, measure improvement over time, and design strategies for enhancing the individual’s awareness and communication practices. The wisdom gleaned from BPA helps inform decisions, such as how to best allocate individuals’ personality properties and how to manage these qualities within team dynamics.

AWARENESS

The elements of activation
All Behavioral Actions arise from an emotional need that demands to be heard by and for the individual you are involved with or the environment you're employed within.
By re-igniting your innate sensory capabilities and trusting your instinctual opinions of what the individual or scenario is bringing to and for you, in real-time, you are thus provided the baseline indicators to those emotional needs of the individual or the circumstances.
Being grounded, purposely focused on the external, and actively in connection with the individual or scenario means you have control over yourself and the capacity to influence the situation from an authentic, fearless mindset.
It is a muscle you must revive and retrain. It takes high levels of neutral, relaxed, concentrated focus. If you are present, there is no need to think, as you will experience what is transpiring before you instead of formulating thoughts that have nothing to do with what is happening in the now.
BPA is the key to unlocking your Humans Resources within the company's Human Resources department.
